At Light Salon + Spa, we strive to support local non-profit organizations and causes as our way of thanking the community for their continued patronage. As a way to give back to the community for its support, Light wholeheartedly believes in philanthropic giving. While we would like to support every worthwhile cause, due to the volume of applications we receive and limited budgets, it is not possible to fulfill every request.

Therefore, Light has created a guideline and application process and approves a limited number of the many donation requests received each year. You will receive confirmation whether Light is able to honor your request within 10 business days of receipt of your application. While we understand your request is important to you, please refrain from calling for your application status.

Please thoroughly read Light's donation guidelines before submitting your application, any incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Guidelines:

Organizations Eligible to Receive Donations

Light accepts donation request applications from local and regional non-profits with 501(c) 3 status. The event, fundraiser or program must serve the local or regional communities. Priority will be given to local charities and organizations as well as current guests of Light.

Applications must be submitted 21 days prior to the date the donation is needed. Only one (1) donation will be granted within a 12-month period.

Donations May Include

In most cases, Light donates product packages, salon + spa packages, and salon gift certificates. We do not make cash donations.

Recognition

Copies of press materials recognizing Light must be sent with post event follow-up letter. Failure to comply will result in declining future donation requests.

Acceptable Documentation of Non-Profit Status

In order to accept and review your donation request application, it MUST be accompanied by a copy of the federally issued statement of your organization's 501(c) 3 status and your 9-digit Federal Identification Number.
